By browsing or purchasing from the MAAZA website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. MAAZA reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Israeli New Shekel (ILS) and include VAT where applicable. MAAZA reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly from the physical product.

4. Shipping

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase

  • Delivery within Israel typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Business days: Sunday through Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday and public holidays


Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping (courier to door): 35 ILS

  • Free shipping on orders over 150 ILS


As a small independent brand, every order is packed by hand with care.

5. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, our returns policy applies.

6. Cancellation Policy — Israeli Consumer Protection Law

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and the Cancellation of Transaction Regulations (2010):

Right to Cancel

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, or from the date you received the transaction details — whichever is later

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) only


Cancellation Terms

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Upon receipt and verification, a full refund will be issued within 14 days

  • MAAZA may deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS — whichever is lower

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used

  • Items purchased on sale

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

7. Return Policy — 30 Days

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Proof of purchase must be included

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue.

9. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

10. European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

11. Shipping Restrictions — Blocked Countries & Territories

MAAZA does not sell or ship to the following countries and territories:


  • Iran

  • Syria

  • North Korea

  • Lebanon

  • Pakistan

  • Yemen

  • Sudan

  • Afghanistan

  • Gaza Strip

  • Iraq

  • South Sudan

  • Russia

  • Qatar

  • Kuwait

Orders placed from the above locations will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the MAAZA website — including designs, patterns, illustrations, photographs and text — is the exclusive property of MAAZA and is protected by copyright. Copying or commercial use without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
